Camp Riva-Lake has raised over $300,000 in donations
as part of our on-going capital campaign thanks to the generosity of our alumnae and parents. This ash supported our goal of brining camp to todays girls, developing them into independent young women with confidence in themselves and care for others in their world. We believe this mission is more important than ever before given the fast-paced, multi-tasking, and virtually connected world that youth are living in today. These girls need a place where it is safe to be themselves, try new experiences, grow in character, and yes, laugh and giggle.
At our 100th anniversary, we proudly announce our Centennial Campaign to raise money for Riva-Lake's next 100 years of Sisterhood.
scholarships
CRL is committed to providing scholarship support to a limited number of campers each summer. Your scholarship donation will enable a young girl to come to camp and learn both new activities and important life skills. No gift is too small to make a difference! The Hortense Fund, affectionately named after one of our CRL legends, originally was set up by alums giving smaller amounts to provide commissary to campers who would not otherwise have these treats. To date, the Hortense Fund has benefitted those in the local community, former campers and daughters of veterans in the armed forces, enabling them to experience all that Riva-Lake has to offer. The CRL spirit is still burning bright….share it with a new camper.

We are happy to announce that we now have the ability to accept donations in the form of stock as well as cash donations. If you would like more information on how to make a gift of stock to Camp Riva-Lake, you may contact DeSaix at desaixstc@att.net

Cash and Donations:
Your donations enable us to continue to invest in our programs and the aging assets. This includes enhancing our Arts & Crafts programs, bringing in certified staff in their perspective activities and improving assets such as our tennis courts and docks. The Centennial campaign is focused on refurbishing of the Playhouse.
Large Assets Desired:
1. Lightly used Sunfish sailboats or canoes
2. Golf cart
3. Camping equipment (tarps, igloos, cookware)
4. A misting tent for hot days!
Camp Session Fun Items:
1. Sponsoring an excersion to Falls Mills, Rutledge Falls, Cumberland Cavern or State Parks)
2. Sponsoring a theme day (Carnival, Ice Cream Party, 4th of July Celebration, etc)
Help Needed
