Nonnie Preuss
Director of Camp Programs
​​Nonnie Thompson Preuss is our loving and dedicated summer camp co-director. The mother of two grown daughters is from New Orleans and currently lives in Whitefish, Montana. Nonnie was a camper and a counselor for 8 years and has been involved with camp again since re-opening. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. She loves to cook, travel, and promote health and wellness.

Erica Hilmas
Erica Hilmas-Tucker is the former Assistant Director at Camp Riva-Lake. She was a camper and counselor at Riva-Lake from 2005-2018, before coming back into a leadership role in 2021.

Marianne Bernier is the Assistant Director at Camp Riva Lake. She was previously a counselor, Head Counselor, Program Director, and Director at a residential camp in Western North Carolina that is very similar to CRL.
During her childhood, she enjoyed multiple summers as a staff child and then camper at the camp.
